Jill Singer has been a Yoga aficionado for over 30 years; initially introduced to dance conditioning and Yoga as an alternative to physical therapy, these isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches have kept her active and balanced in all of her life pursuits – marathons, triathlons, power lifting, and just living the circle of life.

 

She received her yoga teacher training (200 RYT) from Shanti Yoga School in 2015. Jill loves sharing her passion for mind-body connection combined with FUN!

Full body yoga-workout using hand-weights (provided) to sculpt your upper-body, while using powerful, repetitive sequencing poses to tone your core muscles and lower-body. We focus on our breath-work while helping you burn more calories and increase strength to become a more resilient Yogi and Athlete. The class is challenging but taught to All Levels with modifications for All Abilities.  Creating a safe, efficient and effective workout.
