Jill Singer has been a Yoga aficionado for over 30 years; initially introduced to dance conditioning and Yoga as an alternative to physical therapy, these isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches have kept her active and balanced in all of her life pursuits – marathons, triathlons, power lifting, and just living the circle of life.


She received her yoga teacher training (200 RYT) from Shanti Yoga School in 2015. Jill loves sharing her passion for mind-body connection combined with FUN!

Thursday 5:45 PM - Level II SHINE Flow 

All levels welcome to this Vinyasa style yoga practice.  This class will build strength, balance and flexibility as you link breathe to movement and flow through a sequence of poses including sun salutations.  Teachers will offer options and modifications to challenge your practice.  No experience needed, but good body awareness is helpful.

60 minutes
