SHINE ON BOISE

SHINE ON BOISE is a 501-C3 non-profit organization with a mission focused on

bringing mindfulness & movement to our community

Our organization believes that sharing the tools of mindfulness, movement, mediation and yoga creates calm minds and healthy bodies.  We organize events, hold classes, and bring awareness to the benefits of this practice for all ages.  From toddlers, to teens, to adults, we see the value of mindfulness for all stages of life and the value this brings to the world around us.

Join us in this effort and find us soon at an event near you!

SHINE VISITS KBOI CHANNEL 2 -  IDAHO LIVING

A big thank you to Katie Rhodenbaugh and the whole Idaho Living team!

We loved being on set with you and sharing some yoga moves with your viewers.  Reminding them that yoga is accessible to all, can be easy to incorporate within your day, and most of...it makes you feel good!  Thanks for helping us deliver a little zen, one viewer at a time...

Keep calm and SHINE on, Boise!
